Vermilleon Editorial

How we write these.

Our question pages are drafted with AI from a written brief, then checked against the rules below by automated tests and a separate review before they are published. Pages that fail are not published.

Answer first
Every page answers its question in the first few sentences, before anything else.
Patterns, not single texts
One message is weak evidence. Pages teach what to look for across weeks of messages.
Fair to the other person
Every page gives the innocent explanations: busy weeks, different texting habits, people who are better in person.
No labels, no diagnoses
We describe behaviour. We don't call anyone toxic or a narcissist, and we don't diagnose attachment styles.
No invented facts
No made-up statistics, studies, experts or quotes. A claim that isn't common knowledge is cited from a short list of sources we have checked, or it's cut.
Illustrative chats are illustrative
Example conversations are written for the page and labelled as such. They are never real people's messages.
Safety first
When a topic can involve fear, control or harm, the page says where to get help. No page explains how to monitor anyone.
One honest line about the app
Each page mentions Vermilleon once, only where a feature genuinely helps, and only in words that match what the app does.
